Return & Exchange Policy

At AKG, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to assist with an exchange or return subject to the conditions below.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, invoices, and freebies (if any) must be returned along with the product.
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, perfume, stains, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products delivered with Free Shipping Offers are not eligible for returns or exchanges until serious issues of damage or wrong items received. 
  • However, the buyer has to pay shipping costs for the desired exchange.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To help us resolve issues quickly and fairly, customers must record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video when opening their package.

The video should:

  • Start before opening the sealed courier package.
  • Clearly show the shipping label and package condition.
  • Show the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.
  • Clearly display the product received and any issue being reported.

Claims related to:

  • Wrong product received
  • Missing items
  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defects

will only be accepted if accompanied by a valid unboxing video.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved.

Size Exchanges

We request to use the size charts provided with each product. We understand sizing can vary.

  • Size exchange may be provided per order, subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
  • No Free Exchange on Free Shipping of orders.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Defective product received.
  • Wrong product received.
  • Product damaged during transit.
  • Incorrect size delivered by AKG.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer after reviewing the size chart.
  • Minor color variations caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings.
  • Products purchased during special sales, clearance sales, limited drops, or marked as non-returnable.
  • Our Customer Support is available for your assistance if you want to change your sizes or orders after payment within 12 hours of placing the order.

Refund Process

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by AKG.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the product
    • Packaging images
    • Unboxing video
  3. Our support team will review the request and provide a resolution within 3 business days.

Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup services are subject to courier availability in your area.
  • Pickup attempts will generally be made within 2-5 business days after approval.
  • Customers should ensure the product is securely packed for collection.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • Customers may initiate a return request after delivery if eligible under this policy.
